One was a couple went to the Caribbean for their honeymoon. They were at a small island. The husband was swimiing in the ocean. Not too far out. He got bit by a shark. Not jaws but a shark bite. The island did not have the type of medical service he needed. He needed to be airlifted to Fort Lauderdale. He had no insurance for it. The flight would be $15,000 upfront. They don't bill. I couldn't help them.
